Welcome to Highland View Farm
Our small farm is located in Alstead, New Hampshire and is operated by Jed & Karen West. What started as a just a small hobby farm with a half dozen chickens in 2011 has now grown to include dozens of egg laying chickens, bees, meat chickens and an ever expanding vegetable garden.
Our pasture-raised chickens enjoy most of its time foraging in the yard and any grain that they are fed is 100% Non-GMO. We raise both the slower-growing Red Ranger breed as well as the traditional Cornish breed.
A Busy Beekeeper
Jed is the resident beekeeper, maintaining dozens of hives throughout the Connecticut River Valley in Vermont and New Hampshire.
Raw Local Honey
We sell our honey and beeswax candles in retail locations throughout the area as well as directly to end consumers. Our honey is 100% Raw and Local. We also take orders for wedding favors.
Farm-Fresh Eggs
Our egg chickens love to be outside as much as possible. Free-range chickens make for healthy great-tasting eggs! We sell our eggs for just $4/dozen.
